Description
As a developer on our small and growing team you'll have a huge impact on all of our current and future projects. Your engagement will span the entire product life cycle, including: product design, implementation, deployment, refinement and ongoing performance and scalability tuning.
This position is for full-time employment, on-site at our office in downtown New Haven.

The right person for the job will have a strong commitment to engineering excellence and a drive for continuous process improvement. We're looking for somebody who thinks outside of the box and offers creative solutions to our interesting and challenging problems. For three or more years, you've been:
Building applications with smooth intuitive UIs
Consistently shipping new updates to the app stores
Passionately and aggressively improving end user experience
Have hands on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs
Pursuing software engineering as a craft outside of your day job
Keeping current on the evolving mobile landscape
Understand how to work on a team of developers using distributed version control and bug tracking
Additionally, you'll need:
Great code that you're proud of, preferably open source.
Strong understanding of modern client-side engineering techniques using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Interest in working as part of an iterative, collaborative, agile software development process. You'll be able to work well alongside user experience designers, members of the support team and business stakeholders.
