As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing new accounts and growing existing business with mid-market and F1000 organizations. This position is geared to individuals who are energetic, driven and team-oriented. Join an existing sales team that brought on customers like: Nokia, Target, Kodak, BBC, Fujitsu, Symantec, BEA, Pfizer, Procter and Gamble and many more.

Our Sales Executives actively create and manage the entire business development process including: prospecting, developing relationships, performing discovery, building business cases, negotiating contracts, and closing business.

Our Sales Executives have aggressive "hunting" skills with a proven track record for developing and closing business, and experience working in a complex, process oriented sales environment. The ideal candidate is both strategic and transactional.
Responsibilities

* Build and manage a pipeline and continually generate new opportunities in your region
* Conduct predominantly web-based sales meetings via Webex
* Work in our corporate headquarters (Palo Alto), with ~10% travel
* Meet and exceed quarterly quotas
* Actively and accurately update and maintain client database for all accounts and prospects.

Requirements

* 8-12 years of direct selling with 3 or more years selling software
* Demonstrated successful sales record by consistently exceeding assigned sales quotas
* Relentless personality and strong drive for success
* BS/BA or equivalent education and relevant experience
